I purchased two of these for my two e-bikes. So convenient that it folds up into a compact design, and straps to the frame nicely. Love them!

We are really impressed with the bike at this point and the ease of adjustments to the driving modes through the controller.

I did an extensive bit of research before I bought this bike and I am extremely pleased. I think this is where quality and affordability are at its max for an E bike. Plenty fast and powerful. I'm having a blast with this bike.

Only things I would change Are adjustable stem so you don’t have to lean over so far softer seat and seat post shock.

I will start by saying, NICE PRODUCT. Other than delivery/shipping scratch and ding, this bike looks great. The design and suspension are amazing. The bike is packaged so it is easy to assemble. The first ride reassures it was a good purchase. The bike battery came charged around 80%, this improves buying experience when you don't have to wait for the first charge. Customer experience has been all around good. A product that has customer support makes me happy.

I bought the Cruiser for my wife. It was packaged perfectly, no damage. The Cruiser was really easy to assemble using the Owners Manual and the available "how to assemble" video. It really is a good looking bike. I like the throttle on the right grip, and the location of the push button assistance speed
push buttons. The universal tool included with the bike is top shelf. I have another e-bike and the tools received are more basic. This tool is the real deal, it will come in handy when doing maintenance in the future. It is very responsive and so far I'm very happy with the purchase. You have many many choices when it comes to e-bikes. You can't go wrong with this one.

Instructions were easy to follow, bike is comfortable to ride, missing four bolts to fasten the brake light but otherwise everything is good to go.

It is a really nice kickstand (original unit). It arrived fast! Easy to mount. 5/5 stars.

The rear rack work as advertised

I just got a hitch installed and tried the fit of the bike rack. It looks great. It took 2 of us 30 minutes to put it together but now that we've done it once, the next one would take 10 minutes. It was pretty easy. Don't be intimidated by the diagrams, just go slow and look at what you're supposed to do. It would have been nice to have scripted instructions to actually read instead of just kind of hoping you're doing it right!

It fit well, is the right size for the bike and should work well for short day trips.

This is my first e-bike and I have to say, this is the most fun I’ve had on a bike in my entire life!

I have owned innumerable bikes and have always wanted an electric bike. I’ve seen the popularity around my area and the fever hit me hard.
After immense research and comparing I added the Cruiser to my Amazon cart to put a bug in my wife’s ear.
Fast forward a few weeks and I come home to a big box on my front door step. My little girl (3 years old), as I walk in the door yells, Happy “early” Father’s Day!
I was overwhelmed with joy and immediately started unboxing and assembling. Super easy and very good instruction manual with pictures. The battery came fully charged to my surprise.
After assembly I couldn’t contain my laughter as I took a ride for the first time. I road about 10 miles and didn’t phase the battery.
My wife purchased through Himiway and I think this is going to be one of best gifts I’ve ever received.

I love this e-bike. It’s so fun to ride, I’m learning how to use and it’s a lot of fun. I’m not a young person so I just take my time. Would recommend this e-bike

I've rode this bike with the model with the battery on the bottom and the bike is amazing the only complaint I have with this bike is there swing arm it wiggles alot after 2000miles and it makes the whole back end feel loose but other than that my bike has many upgrades and just a overall great bike to buy for the price my tiktok is BUZZBIKEMASON you can see the upgrades ive put on it and what this bike is really capable of.

I chose the Big Dog after buying the cruiser and ended up returning the cruiser because it was difficult to stand over with short legs. I love the distance of the himiway big dog, sturdy frame for daily use and I like the simple moped style and features such as hydraulic brakes which make me feel safer!
