Description
The Himiway E-bike Hitch Rack is specially designed for electric bicycles and can fix Himiway Cruiser; Cruiser Step Thru; Escape; Zebra; Zebra Step Thru; Big Dog; Cobra; Cobra Pro on the back of your vehicle. It can be folded up when not in use and tilted downward for easy access to goods. The entire design includes a key-like locking hook pin, safety cable and locking frame hook.

- Payload capacity: Maximum total payload capacity 65kg/145lbs, each bike should not weigh exceed 32.5kg/72lbs when mounting two bikes. Can mount at most 2 of our cruiser series ebikes or one other models at one time.
Attention:
- To enhance stability, please be sure to remove your ebike's front basket and front fender before mounting them to the rack, and tighten all straps and telescoping bar clamps over the frames or wheels.
- To prevent damage caused by overload, make sure to remove your ebike's battery.
- A single bike should be installed on the rack near the rear of the car.
- Driving speed shouldn't exceed 75 MPH and should slow down when driving on complex road conditions.

Norman Curry I just got a hitch installed and tried the fit of the bike rack. It looks great. It took 2 of us 30 minutes to put it together but now that we've done it once, the next one would take 10 minutes. It was pretty easy. Don't be intimidated by the diagrams, just go slow and look at what you're supposed to do. It would have been nice to have scripted instructions to actually read instead of just kind of hoping you're doing it right!

John This rack works great with both of our Zebra ST's (removed the batteries for weight reduction), but there was an issue that was easily resolved with the receiver connection. All of the videos and pictures of the rack show the threaded bolt being installed from the right hand side of the receiver, but the unit that I received needed to be installed from the left hand side, where I didn't have the room to get the bolt inserted into the hole, because of wiring harnesses, .mounting brackets, etc.
This was resolved with a grade 8 bolt (NAPA Auto Parts is great for this!) that could be inserted and threaded from the RH side and I added a lock nut on the end, just to be safe. This secures the rack on my Tesla Model Y very well. On my pickup truck there is plenty of room on the LH side to use the factory bolt and hairpin.
Short trips (<100 miles) haven't required any other tiedowns, but when we take longer trips, I add a couple of tiedowns just for that extra peace of mind...

Dawn Hughes I currently do not have a hitch carrier for my bike. The problem? Himiway, kuat do NOT make a two bike rack for my hitch. I wasn’t planning on buying a trailer, storage, but I’m being forced it seems…..🥺

Randy Deyton Shipping was super simple. First bike was left on the front porch. Not my first choice, but UOS didn't know and I wasn't at home.
The second bike shipped, I was at home and the UPS driver brought the bike to the backdoor as requested.
Packages were in great condition. I always appreciate UPS drivers customer service.

james Robbins Was good for the limited weight it was capable of carrying.
Considering the weight of some of the Himiway bikes, it may help to reduce the weight of the carrier to off set the gross allowable weight. This could be done possibly by engineering and/or material.

Alexandra Bobo The jeep has tall wheels, so the bikes are very high off of the ground. To adjust, we put the clamps on the bottom side of the rack rather than on the top. That way, the bikes sit about 3" lower, which helps.
